Tenshi has decided he will range-ban every country he suspects is involved in recent DDoS-ing of PTP server. For now, China and Russia have been range-banned and next is going to be Romania - KarBon is from this country, so he won't be able to play anymore, even though there is slight chance his account may be white-listed. Furthermore, KarBon is not active neither in game nor here, so that leads me to think he lost interest in his application.
