Just like what I have done.
Guys, don't judge people by what did they do first to you. Just think that all people suddenly change what are they and what they do.
Look at Tounsix, despite of all what he have done, we still give him 2nd chance. And this guy is also a man like Tounsix (even if Tounsix is gay). He also deserve a 2nd chance.

ah oke well everyone deserves a second chance . i am giving u a Yes and sorry for late voting yea i talked with him he said that some people were doing spawnkill and he said he thought maybe its allowed so then he told me that he dint know and he will leave it if its a rule not to spawn kill.

Am unsure.
Can someone give me a final evaluation. And if it is a sloppy one heads are going to roll. I want opinions that can be backed up by facts! After that, if it's a positive evaluation, then I have no problem accepting the player!
From my personal experience:
KarBon used to be a raging noob with little skills. However, when the server went down and back up again, he seemed totally different person. He didn't rage or insult, and he improved his skills - killed a couple of presidents very nicely. That is why I think we should give him a chance, and if he proves as a bad pick, we can always expell him from the Division.
Every player who played with KarBon should post a summary like this.
