When you guys vote for someone who applied to join [HTD] you don't judge him by his skills, DB or dueling capabilities.. always remember that HTD was made for players who are willing to improve their skills.

So to sum this up, you have to vote for:

(1) His behavior
(2) Ingame activity
(3) Past rule breakings
(4) Past bans

And any other things that affects his bad habits ingame or forums but not his skills as we mentioned above.
