as you guys said that i was a ex hacker rule breaker and so many thing thats why y last post got denied and i was told to prove that i left everthing like rulebreaking hacking etc
after 2 weeks approx i posted again and i am not hacking or rulebreaking now

I was going to say Yes because a person can change but the thing is if u change now and later on if again u come up with this behaviour than the whole thing will be spoiled . In my thinking ur app must be opened for a week or two to check if u are really changed or not . The rest is up to the others. So my vote is on pending. Dont mind if i have said something cruel but i have seen people in the other clans who have done this kind of things.
