I think you need to change first before I can give you my vote. I will be observing  you and see what improvements you have, especially on your behavior. Many players in PTP are still believing that you are a hacker. Prove them that you deserve a second chance, that you won't do what you did in the past.

You got the skills, but skills isn't enough for me. My vote is on hold until you will improve your behavior.

For the sake of his loyalty being in hitman for a liong time and killing our enemies, I'd vote with YES.

Regarding your past suspecious stuff about hacks, I still can't be sure if you really hacked or not, probably skills probably something else. But there was no solid proof on the video whatsoever. I'm gonna go with the second chance option, no need to be so stict about him.

Remember that we can still kick/demote if we see fit.

Alright, as Ultimate said, everyone deserves a second chance. But second chances need proving that you are really deserving for it.  Don't break my trust to you and to your improvement. So you have your second chance with this, It's a YES. Good luck with the tests.
