I agree with spectre. You have only spent about 5 weeks in ptp which is not enough. You will need more time in ptp before i can vote. As for skill, i don't know about you so we will have to meet ig and see. But, if skill dominates time, then my vote will change. Likewise to your age. Age will not matter, if you show maturity and good behavior ig.
