From me NO because he has not done register
I'm not trying to influence our opinion, but what difference does it make if he's not registered? I think it's better to check out his skills and behavior first, those things are more important than registered account.

I make this appeal because i think this clan is so helpful and Pro.
I just wanna join and play with members and havefun,be helpful itd..
Well, we are looking for highly skilled members to join our clan, not guys who just want to "chill with us". There are plenty of clans just for chillin' on PTP, but we are more focused on foot dueling, drive-by skills and all that. Do you think you got what it takes?
