You've been waiting for sometime now, [HTD] is mainly for players that aren't ready to join Hitman yet, I guess you're quite fine to join HTD for now. Untill you improve your dueling skills and driveby skills. when you get better you'll be allowed to do the tests and join Hitman as an official member.
