I saw him ingame today. He is a decent player. He has good db skills. However, there are still things he could improve on like foot duels, etc.... I would like to see you more ingame but for right now my vote is leaning toward the positive side. The only concern i have is being active ingame and having other members see you play and I know the timezones are different. Otherwise, just keep being active and playing in the meantime.
